Return & Exchange Policy
At Noor-e-Iman, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Items damaged due to misuse or wear will not be accepted.
In case of receiving a defective or wrong product, we will cover the exchange shipping cost.
For exchanges due to personal preference (color, style), the customer will bear delivery charges.
